    • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of [Amount] or the full service price.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
