Booking Error (Genuine Mistake): If you can demonstrate a genuine booking error on your part (e.g., accidental double booking, booked the wrong service by mistake) and you notify us immediately, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or allow you to adjust your booking, provided the service has not yet been rendered and it does not violate our cancellation policy. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
